When I first met Ted I had already been working out regularly on my own and had made some progress, slowly, and saw improvements in my fitness level and physique. Then I decided to work with Ted and he helped me reach a whole new level of fitness that I had only dreamed of but thought impossible for me. (He challenged me to put down the girlie weights and realize the full potential of my mental and physical strength!).

There are many things that I love about training with Ted, but three things stand out for me above the rest. Firstly, Ted worked with me to create an individualized plan specific to my needs and goals and he does this in a very holistic manner, looking far beyond the trainer staples of correct technique and proper nutrition. Secondly, Ted pushes me beyond my comfort zone, but again, he does this very individually. He understands my limits and together we decide how far to push. Lastly, I can always count on Ted to be encouraging. When I finish a session with Ted I am left feeling uplifted, strong, and positive.

Ted's forte is assisting his clients reach their optimum overall health through diet, supplementation, and trainng. He is a wealth of knowledge and continues to challenge himself in his own quest for further education to better assist his clients.

I have been blessed to have Ted Kewin in my life, both as a personal trainer and a friend.

When I first started training with Ted I was 18 years old.  I was always active, playing on sports teams, running, swimming and partaking in all types of aerobic activities, but I had never done any form of resistance training.  In my early training days I met with Ted roughly four days in which I'd be given and be shown a program.  Once I felt I had a handle on it I'd train on my own until I felt I needed a new program.  Unfortunately I didn't see any results; in fact I started to look worse.  Fortunately, Ted noticed and started to watch what I was doing when I was on my own and low and behold I was making lots of mistakes (i.e. my form was off, I was afraid of adding weight).  The next time I went to him to get a program he told me that I was wasting my money and that in order to see the results that I wanted I'd have to meet with him a minimum of twice a week, and so the training began.

The results within the first month were amazing let alone the first year.  My muscle gains and fat loss were huge and I was extremely happy with my results.  Ted is an amazing trainer and I have not regretted a cent that I have spent in order to work with him.  He pushes his clients to their full potential and gets them the results that they only ever dreamed of having.  Although I admit that some days it can be a struggle to get myself into the gym, I always leave feeling refreshed, energized, and pumped to take on the day!!!

I truly am grateful for your help and advice on my knee, Ted. You have set me up for success, so I can now, on my own continue with it's total recovery. I faithfully work out at the gym every other day, thinking ----how would Ted approach this?
My knee at this point is 90% good. I still have a little swelling, but I hoping this too will improve. Just like you said, the knee improvement came to a stop. I have been there for a few weeks now, but have faith with continuous strength training and stretching, I will soon be better than 100 %.
